Mateer 4800MLX Inline Automatic Filler

The Mateer 4800MLX filler accurately fills a wide variety of products, including free-flow powders and granules and non-free-flow powders, liquids, creams, pastes, and slurries.  Like the 3800, this unit has a conveyor belt and many options that enable PSA to create the ideal dry-product-filling machine for your specific needs.  The 4800MLX, however, adds a second head for speeds of up to 30-45 CPM depending on the product and volume being filled.

  • A direct-drive Servo motor provides greater efficiency and increased reliability over an electric-powered generator
