Dry Net Weigh Filler

The high speed, Dry Net Weigh Filler offers highly-accurate fill weights, dramatic reduction in expensive product giveaway and dynamic control of the percentage of fills under the label weight. This machine uses Intelligent Load Cell Technology, in tandem with PLC Control. The product fill is accomplished through a simple, but rugged, dome valve, which requires no mechanical valves or moving parts – just air pressure. The filling head is designed to handle most product shapes and densities and is easily-removed for size changes, cleaning or replacement.

A user-friendly touch screen interface enables you to create and edit product recipes, observe actual real time and historical fill data, and diagnose system problems. Quality control routines allow the printout of data such as historical fill, recipe, and group weight fill. Some of this data may also be selected for automatic printout. Many additional features are available to meet specific application requirements.

For specific applications, Pneumatic Scale Angelus will conduct and demonstrate fill tests in our technical center.
