MC Capper

The MC capper is engineered specifically for small and medium cap and container users. This compact machine features rugged, modular construction and promotes positive container handling, delivering reliable capping results for a variety of applications. The economical MC Capper boasts an extremely small footprint, which maximizes packaging space and delivers a cost savings.

The solid construction and reliable performance of the MC Capper accommodates round and non-round containers as small as 1” in height. Like the PC, TC, and SC lines, these cappers employ several anti-rotation measures to ensure that each container is securely held throughout the capping process, eliminating crushing, scuffing, slipping, or spilling. Pneumatic Scale Angelus’ Magnetic Torque Units offer accurate torque control without moving parts, so there’s no contact or wear. Minimal maintenance is required, as most bearings are sealed, eliminating the need for lubrication, while others are designed to be lubrication free.

Finally, a user-friendly touch-screen interface allows you to control all capper functions, including fault display. And with color-coded change parts, operators can complete tool-free changeovers for varying containers and caps in less than 15 minutes.  The optional motorized turret height adjustment further facilitates this rapid changeover.
